Identify, research, and successfully close new business prospects and opportunities.
Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media. Continuously expand the prospect database to fuel the sales pipeline. Develop and refine scripts and strategies for successful lead generation.
Monitor and plan sales activities, regularly updating the sales pipeline accordingly.
Identify and engage with key stakeholders within target organizations, building a valuable industry network. Tailor communication strategies to effectively reach decision-makers.
Prepare and deliver tailored presentations on services as solutions.
Implement and utilize the CRM system to record all customer interactions, contact details, opportunities, and proposal data. Maintain CRM accuracy and leverage insights for decision-making and strategy adjustments.
Foster long-term relationships with clients through regular follow-ups and engagement. Understand client goals and pain points, proactively seeking feedback and providing exceptional customer service
2. Tender Stage:
Collaborate with various group level support functions, including Human Resources, Operations, and Finance, to ensure timely, accurate, and compliant proposal submissions. Verify proposals adhere to the Company’s terms and conditions and meet acceptable margin levels.
Negotiations with customers, focusing on pricing structures and contractual terms within Company's boundaries. Negotiate win-win agreements that meet both customer and company objectives.
Marketing Collaboration:
Collaborate closely with the group marketing function to support the identification of potential clients. Leverage marketing insights and strategies to identify target industries, client segments, and events.
Actively participate in industry events, exhibitions, and seminars identified through marketing efforts. Represent the Company professionally and engage with potential clients and industry peers. Leverage these events as networking opportunities to expand market presence and generate leads.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Bachelor’s degree in business, Commerce, Engineering, or related field.
At least 3 years of experience in Business development/sales functions.
Tenacity and drive to seek new business and meet or exceed targets.
Stellar negotiating skills and capacity to align organizational objectives.
Interpersonal skills for building and developing relationships with clients.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills - needed for communicating with a range of people, both internally and externally.
Have a good understanding of the businesses' products or services and be able to advise clients about them.
Ability to prepare clean customer presentations in PowerPoint and / or Word.
Must have a strong command of the English language and excel in the areas of spelling, grammar and punctuation.
