CAD Engineer

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive CAD Engineer to join our Moldshop team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and developing molds using CAD software, supporting the full lifecycle of mold construction, and driving process efficiency.

• Design and construct molds using CAD tools in accordance with project specifications.
• Plan and communicate CAD timelines to supervisors; proactively manage delays and corrective actions.
• Order necessary materials and coordinate with procurement.
• Provide regular updates on CAD progress to management.
• Collaborate with CAM and other departments to ensure mold-making timelines are met.
• Collect post-completion feedback to improve future processes.
• Complete all required checklists and documentation related to CAD activities.
• Maintain accurate time bookings and project tracking.
• Update project overview charts and measurement reports for key dimensions.

* Working time: Monday - Friday: 8:00 - 16:30, Saturday: 8:00 - 12:00 & 1 Saturday off per month
* Shuttle bus provided from Ho Chi Minh (Hang Xanh/ Thu Duc), Dong Nai (Bien Hoa) to Long Thanh Industrial Zone

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

o   Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field.

o   Experience in CAD/CAM programming for mold making is a strong advantage.

o   Proficient in CAD/CAM software; preference given to candidates familiar with Rhinoceros, PowerShape, or PowerMill.

o   Strong command of English, both written and verbal.

o   Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.

o   Solid problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.

o   Competent in using Microsoft Office applications
