SUMMARY:
CB Capability Deployment Lead plays a pivotal role in driving organizational transformation by leading change and communication strategies for capability-building initiatives across the APAC region. The role involves managing stakeholder alignment, fostering engagement, and ensuring the smooth adoption of new processes, tools, and systems. Acting as a key facilitator of change & capability development, The CB Capability Deployment Lead d ensures that communication is clear, consistent, and aligned with strategic objectives, enabling teams to transition effectively and achieve sustainable results.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Design and execute comprehensive change management strategies to support the successful deployment of Connected Brewery portfolio by fostering adoption of new capabilities and processes.
• Develop and implement tools, frameworks, and methodologies to guide teams through change adoption.
• Design and deliver training programs to prepare teams for new systems, processes, and tools.
• Develop user-friendly guides, FAQs, and resources to support knowledge transfer and skill-building.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement by analyzing project outcomes and incorporating lessons learned into future deployments.
• Establish mechanisms to monitor the effectiveness of change and communications efforts.
• Bachelor / Master degree in a relevant field such as communications, business administration, or a related field
• Proven experience in change management and communications, transformational and/or digital programs preferably within large, matrixed organizations.
• Familiarity with capability-building projects in a regional or global context, ideally within the FMCG industry or a similar dynamic environment.
• Knows how to own leadership, people and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to build and maintain strong collaborative relationships with leaders across the business
• Capability to navigate complex organizational challenges and adjust strategies to evolving needs.
• Sensitivity to regional and cultural nuances in communication and change management.
• Project management certifications (e.g., PMP, Agile) are advantageous.
• Skilled at using modern communication techniques including online videos, mobile applications, internet portals, etc.
• Project/Portfolio management skills, communication and change management, stakeholder management
• High NPS of project members
• High score on change impact assessments
