- Supervise and manage all accounting and financial functions of the hotel;
- Ensure accurate and timely financial statements and compliance with local regulations;
- Monitor budgeting, cost control, cash flow, and tax reporting;
- Collaborate with other departments to drive financial efficiency and operational excellence.
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field;
- Solid experience in hotel accounting and familiar with hospitality accounting software;
- Strong leadership, analytical thinking, and decision-making skills;
- English proficiency is a plus.
- Have at least 4 years of experience in related field
