TRÁCH NHIỆM CHÍNH (MAIN RESPONSIBILITY):

- Build, design the system to calculate the product cost reasonable. Develop a clear, transparent, focused information system for reporting and analyzing the actual implementation of costs, through which support for control and improvement Operating costs of the plant.

- Guiding the promulgation of accounting regulations on goods warehousing (ex-warehousing) transactions (raw materials, packages, semi-finished products, finished products, technical supplies ...), inspection and control of Stock transactions, true-to-life, on-line and fully documented according to corporate and law r

- Organizing periodical inventory of quality goods in accordance with inventory regulations and requirements for explanation

- Management of fixed assets of the factory

- Operate Costing system effectively, ensure transparency of information.

- Track and handle SMOS rows optimally, in accordance with approvals, and the rule of law, tax law.

- Instruct department to understand and comply with accounting regulations

- Prepare documents and data to provide and work directly with internal audit, annual financial statement audit by independent auditor, tax audit, customs, etc...

- Guide and promulgate regulations and procedures related to internal control and perfom all report according to the regulations and process.

CÁC YÊU CẦU CẦN CÓ CHO VỊ TRÍ CÔNG VIỆC NÀY (REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS POSITION):

Yêu cầu/ Requirement

-        Male/ Female, good health

-        Bachelor or Master Degree or above in Finance and accounting.

-        Good English communication & Good computer skill: Word, excel, power point

-        Experienced in using large accounting systems such as ERP, SAP, using MS excel well.

-        Ability to communicate, persuade and motivate other departments and departments to accomplish their goals.

-      Minimum 10 years of experience working in accounting and 2 - 3 years of experience in similar positions.

-        Understand cost management principles.
