Tavico is undergoing a transformative expansion across sawmill, panel, and pellet operations, backed by international investment. We are seeking a strategic and execution-focused Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead financial governance, capital planning, and investor reporting during this critical growth phase.
As CFO, you will own the company’s financial management and play a key role in risk mitigation, digitalization of finance functions, performance tracking and enhancing reporting systems.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Financial Management
Lead the development of financial strategies to support growth, improve margins, and manage capex effectively.
Oversee financial planning, forecasting, and scenario analysis for existing operations and new business units (e.g., pellet production).
Align financial modelling with operational capacity and realistic expansion timelines.
Reporting & Investor Relations
Prepare timely and accurate financial reports for internal leadership and investors.
Drive financial data integrity by enhancing transparency, consistency, and reliability across all reporting systems, ensuring alignment with investor expectations and audit requirements.
Lead audit preparation and act as the primary contact for external auditors and stakeholders.
Budgeting & Cost Control
Develop and monitor budgets across all operating units.
Implement cost control initiatives and support procurement in managing supply chain risks and cost pressures.
Optimize working capital, cash flow, and funding strategies.
Systems & Process Improvement
Oversee the implementation of a modern ERP/finance module to support digital transformation and reporting accuracy.
Strengthen internal controls and ensure compliance with tax and accounting regulations.
Leadership & Governance
Build and mentor a high-performing finance team.
Partner with the CEO to support strategic decision-making, risk assessment, and governance.
Participate actively on the leadership team and in board meetings.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (CPA and/or MBA preferred). • 10+ years of progressive financial leadership, with at least 5 years in a senior finance role. • Experience in a manufacturing, industrial, or fast-scaling environment is strongly preferred. • Strong experience in financial consolidation at both the entity and group levels. • Demonstrated success in investor reporting, audit management, and capital planning. • Proficiency in financial systems and ERP platforms (prior ERP implementation experience is a plus). • Strong analytical, risk management, and communication skills. • Fluent in English and Vietnamese.
