1. Promotion/ Campaign

• Collaborate with category managers and Marketing teams to ensure promotional activity and customer communications lead to desired business results: plan product ranges and campaigns preparation.
• Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders for campaign creation.
• Using performance tracking, reporting and optimizing campaign performance.
• Continually refining and revamping campaign planning and execution processes.
• Responsible for the category’s onsite (Desktop and Mobile) navigation and conversion rate performance.
• Develop visual merchandising plans with partner brands to develop effective co-marketing opportunities and branding integrations/activation.

2. Sales

• Performance tracking and analysis
• Ensures each category are given exposure in different online marketing channels

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

• Bachelor’s degree or above in related category field, MBA is preferable.
• 2-3 years’ experiences in related job.
• Project management skill
• Analytical mind for using campaign performance inputs data to optimize performance of campaigns
• Strong attention to detail and passion to work quickly/efficiently to meet deadlines.
• Good at English written and verbal communication skills
• Knowledge about e-commerce is a plus
• Merchandising work experience from offline retail organization is a plus but not required.
• Proficient in MS Office
• Working hours:
  + Monday to Friday: 8:45 AM – 5:45 PM
  + Saturday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
