1. FILM RELEASE SUPPORT
Work with the post-production (LAB) team to execute the film localization process, including but not limited to submitting order forms, monitoring production timelines, and performing QC on localized materials.
Coordinate and follow up on the censorship process to ensure timely approval for theatrical release.
Obtain rate cards and cinema booking lists from cinema distributors to support release planning.
Monitor and track the overall release plan, including showtimes, marketing materials, and promotional activities.
Collaborate with the Marketing team to follow up and execute communication and promotional plans for each title.
Collect and analyze reports from cinema distributors and marketing agencies to evaluate release performance.
2. CONTRACT & DOCUMENT MANAGEMENT
Prepare, review, and track contracts related to film distribution, including agreements with studios, distributors, and service providers.
Ensure that all contracts and documents are properly stored, updated, and handled with confidentiality.
Work closely with Legal, Finance, and other internal departments to ensure contract compliance, timely execution, and accurate payment schedules.
Provide general administrative support to the Cinema Distribution team, including data entry, filing, paperwork, and correspondence management.
3. MARKET RESEARCH & ANALYSIS
Update and maintain box office data in the cinema database to ensure accurate tracking and reporting.
Conduct research on film industry trends, competitor activities, and potential market opportunities.
Compile and summarize research findings to support the development of cinema distribution strategies.
Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
At lease 1-2 years of experience in sales admin/sales analysis/sales reporting or data management; experience in film, media, or entertainment is a strong plus.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Vietnamese.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
Positive attitude, proactive approach, and willingness to take on diverse tasks.
Passion for the film industry and eagerness to learn about film sales and distribution.
