1. Develop Sales Management Mechanism: Assist in developing and optimizing management mechanism for key projects of the region; participate in the operation of key projects; manage the standardization of project operations (appointment, meeting, briefing, and information security); organize regular project meetings and emergency meetings; output task division; drive the closure of each project task; provide warnings on project risks; and ensure the results.
2. Manage Sales Forecasts: Track the forecast fulfillment progress, and the forecast execution. Monitor the sales data deviation, identify and analyze risks, seek solutions, and monitor and implement improvements.
3. Develop Customer Management Policies: Assist in developing and monitoring the implementation of customer management policies, manage key customers, and use customer relationship management tools to drive the implementation of customer relationship improvement plans and key actions.
4. Yêu Cầu Công Việc

1. Fresh Graduates who have experience in project management, team management, leadership are welcome to apply.

2. Must be proficient in Chinese (HSK 6 and above) and English (IELTS 6.0 and above), both communication and writing is a must.
3. Be good at communication and proactively seek solutions to solve problems/issues.
4. Be proficient in PPT, Excel, and Word
5. Be sensitive to data and have strong logic analysis and reasoning skills.
