Shape the vision: Define both long-term and short-term strategies for our community groups.
Drive growth & retention: Develop initiatives that attract new members and keep them engaged over time.
Content & engagement strategy: Curate topics, formats, and interactive activities tailored to each audience segment.
Creative storytelling: Produce content and visuals that reflect Citics’ brand voice and inspire meaningful dialogue.
Cross-team collaboration: Partner with key stakeholders to deliver messages consistently and impactfully, while enhancing overall group performance
Community health management: Moderate discussions, enforce guidelines, and handle conflicts to create a safe and positive environment.
Measure what matters: Define and track KPIs—growth, engagement, retention, conversions, and sentiment—using data to continuously refine strategies
Others: Support and deliver assigned projects as directed by the line manager
Proven track record of successfully building and growing brand communities.
Experience in launching community groups from the ground up is highly valued
Strong background in B2C tech or lifestyle-driven startups; dynamic and fast-paced environments preferred.
Minimum 5 years of experience in community management or related roles.
A genuine passion for proptech and fintech, with curiosity to explore how technology empowers real estate
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong time management skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously..
