• Working days: Monday to Saturday
• Working location: 182 Le Dai Hanh, District 11, HCM
• Contract with third party

ABOUT THE ROLE

1. Summary:

• Reporting directly to: Shopper Marketing Manager/Consumer Promotion Manager
• High frequency of interaction: Yes

2. Responsibility:

Promotion Ideation (10%)

• Source gift ideas from Vendor proposals or self-research
• Follow-up with vendor to develop mock-up, check pricing, MOQ, Leadtime

Execution Excellence (40%)

• Follow up with the packing guildline with Log & vendor
• Follow up with the delivery & upload all GRS to the system whenever gifts reach the warehouse
• Make the payment request for the finance - Follow the gift status & update to utilize all gifts if any
• Follow with Netco for delivery gifts/ Payment check list
• Follow up and Check Netco's KPI

Admin task (25%)

• Test log, code gift, code pack, master file, GRs, …

Reporting (25%)

• Consolidate report from system (3 times/week)
• Summarize key take aways and follow-up actions

Others (5%)

• Do other tasks assigned by Line Manager

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENT

Core Skill Requirement

• Communication skill, Time management
• Proven characteristics in Attention to details & follow through.
• MS office, Read & written English

Core Trait/Behavior Requirement

• Fresh Graduate of 1-2 years working in GA/ Office Admin/ Operation Support position is a plus
• High sense of responsibility, ownership, Proactive, Teamwork, Ability to work under time pressure.
