Own the creation and publishing of multi-platform social marketing content (Meta, TikTok) for assigned brands/products.
Partner cross-functionally with Brand, Media, and Design teams to plan and develop effective content ideas; deliver assigned content KPIs on schedule.
Proactively monitor and respond to customer messages and comments across social channels, ensuring timely, friendly, and professional engagement.
Manage day-to-day operations and skilled hands-on execution on TikTok Shop and Shopee Mall e-commerce platforms.
Develop additional content as needed: ad copy, email marketing, website content, PR materials, video scripts.
Coordinate, review, provide feedback, and optimize content quality with media/agency partners as required.
Liaise and work directly with KOLs/KOCs when requested.
Support basic product and event photo/video capture (mobile device acceptable) to generate visual and short-form content.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Journalism, Communications, English, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years’ experience in a comparable role; strong preference for candidates with content creation experience in beauty, skincare, makeup, wellness, or dermocosmetics.
Strong writing skills with creative thinking; ability to build and optimize content tailored to each social platform.
Trend-savvy (especially TikTok) with the ability to identify and act quickly on emerging trends.
Good visual sensibility; videography/photography skills and familiarity with related equipment are a significant advantage.
Hands-on experience managing and operating TikTok Shop and Shopee Mall.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
