Task 1: Project Management and Implementation (40%)
- Ensure full and effective implementation of improvement projects from management level.
- Establish continuous improvement strategy, plan and implement improvement projects (factory layout design, visual management, 6S, etc.).
- Develop project implementation process, assign tasks, monitor progress, and evaluate effectiveness.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure necessary resources and support for projects.
- Report project progress and results to senior management.
Task 2: Development of Project Management System (20%)
- Manage and optimize the project management system to track project progress and effectiveness.
- Establish and maintain effective project management tools and methodologies.
- Ensure the accuracy and currency of project data.
- Analyze project data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
Task 3: People Development (20%)
- Manage and evaluate the performance of the continuous improvement team.
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee capabilities.
- Motivate and build a positive work environment.
- Assign tasks and manage conflicts within the team.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement and company values.
Task 4: Process Improvement and Performance (20%)
- Analyze production processes to identify improvement opportunities.
- Apply continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, etc.) to optimize processes.
- Establish and monitor Efficiency (EFF) and other key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Recommend and implement improvement solutions to enhance performance and quality.
