Mô tả Công việc

Buymed is Vietnam’s leading healthcare technology company, trusted by over 35,000 pharmacies, clinics, and hospitals through our platform Thuocsi.vn. To reach end customers directly, we are building Circa, a new modern pharmacy chain redefining access to safe, affordable medicines and health products.

The role is to manage and optimize our office operations, ensuring a smooth, efficient, and engaging workplace environment. This role covers office logistics, vendor coordination, compliance, employee welfare, and workplace services, working closely with internal teams and external partners to deliver high operational standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee corporate transportation, travel bookings, and accommodation arrangements, ensuring cost-efficiency and policy compliance.
  • Manage office hygiene, meeting rooms, reception area, and Face ID access control to maintain seamless daily operations.
  • Handle office supply procurement, inventory management, and vendor evaluation.
  • Coordinate corporate mailing, document management, parking, and visitor/vendor access procedures.
  • Support employee engagement activities and welfare programs.
  • Monitor facility budgets, payments, and cost allocations, ensuring compliance with financial processes.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field.
  • 4+ years expereince in office administration or facility management; multinational experience is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Basic knowledge of maintenance services and vendor management.
  • Good communication skills in both English and Vietnamese.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • High attention to detail and sense of responsibility.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Service-oriented mindset with problem-solving skills.
