Play a role as a link among tenants and customers and the Management Office and other relevant departments.
Warmly welcome all customers and tenants at entrance/ CS desk.
Handle all incoming and outgoing telephone calls in a professional manner.
Promptly and politely respond to all feedbacks, enquiries, complaints, lost and found, delivery etc and handle them in an efficient and courteous manner.
Maintain building administration record, update & filing systematically.
Compile Weekly Report and other relevant record/ report as required by Head of CS.
Record all activities during the shift, highlight and report any unusual/ outstanding issues.
Monitor and control the building access in cooperation with Security and to be observant at the lobby and report any unusual/ suspicious events to the relevant department and the MO immediately.
Assist the operations flowing smoothly and consistently according to SOPs.
Ensure all equipments and facilities set up in the counter are maintained and well kept at all times.
Any further tasks necessary for the smooth operations and customer service of the building assigned by Head of CS.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
University degree of English/ Hospitality/ Tourism.
At least 6 months experience working as a receptionist in Office building/ Mall/ Big hotel.
Excellent communication in both Vietnamese and English.
Customer service oriented, interpersonal, considerate, cooperative, well organized.
Be a problem solver and a team player as well as be able to work independently.
Good working experience in MS Office applications, especially Word and Excel.
Willing to work in shifts.
Temporary 8-month contract
