Handle inbound calls to provide accurate information and support regarding company products and services.
Log customer interactions accurately into CRM system in a timely and professional manner.
Escalate complex cases to relevant departments as needed.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
Conduct outbound calls for customer care campaigns, satisfaction surveys, or service introduction.
Achieve performance KPIs such as call volume, handling time, and customer satisfaction scores.
Perform other tasks as assigned by the Department Head to support overall departmental operations.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
High school graduate or above. Preference will be given to second-year university students or higher who demonstrate a strong willingness to learn and grow.
Clear, pleasant speaking voice; no speech impediments.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills; ability to work under pressure.
Proficiency in office software and CRM systems is an advantage.
Full time working hours: divided into 2 shifts from 7am-12pm and from 12pm-7pm
