- Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office and direct visitors to the appropriate person and office.
- Assign Courier to pick up sample as agreement of vendors.
- Scan TRF and post them together with sample photo to server.
- Entry test item on Lims system based on assignment of Test assignment.
- Extra submissions list from Lims and update Daily submissions.
- Report Daily submissions to Manager/ Kotiti Korea as assignment.
- Distribute the subcontract’s subs and submissions of other labs to pick up service.
- Prepare sample/tested sample to return to client if any.
- Update on LIMS about the status of issued reports (Eland buyer).
- Collect and review all information which is needed to calculate bills receivable (order amounts, discount rates etc.)
- Calculate testing fee based on the issued report and make the Draft Invoice (Include: Check and update test items, price and cnt...on Lims system, make Draft invoice and attach onto the report).
- Make documents and VAT bills/ Commercial Invoice for submissions after getting information from vendors for total testing fee (under VND or USD).
- Issue invoices and bills and send them to clients through various channels (mail, e-mail etc.)
- Supervise payment and contact with vendors to push/ get their payments.
- Answer questions and handle complaints from customers regarding bills.
- Upload inward which belongs to Shinsung Tongsang on Shinsung system.
- Make E-land Global (Retail) list.
- College degree or higher.
- At least 1 years in customer services or related field.
- Knowledge of testing standards and regulations for the U.S., EU, and Korean markets.
- Good communication skill in English, can speak by Korean is a prefer.
- Able to work independently.
