Act as the main contact point to receive and handle customer requests, inquiries, and complaints.
Coordinate with internal departments (production, warehouse, accounting…) to ensure orders are processed and delivered on time.
Manage and track customer orders (input into system, confirm orders, update progress).
Monitor production and delivery schedules, support in solving arising issues.
Consolidate and report order status and customer feedback on a regular basis.
Follow up on customer debts when assigned.
Requirements:
College/University degree in Business, International Trade, or related fields.
At least 1 year of experience in a similar position.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Excel; knowledge of reporting/analysis software is a plus.
Detail-oriented, responsible, able to work under pressure.
English communication and email writing skills.
