* Main functions of CS
- Receive information from customers (PO, spec, packaging, testing requirement...).
- Work with Pur to plan shipments
- Update customers on production and delivery status.
- Translate, summarize technical information, requirements, customer feedback.
- Coordinate with PM and logistics.
- Control documents & shipping documents
- Be the contact point for handling customer complaints.
* University/College Degree in Import/Export, Business administration…
At least 03 years of experience in Customer Service Position or similar
Fluency in both verbal and written English and English
Good at Microsoft Office software
Strong in Negotiation Skill, Time-Management Skill
Independent and able to work under pressure
Approachable & team work
Attention to details & customer-focused
