Consolidate and centralize sales data from MT Sales department related to periodical sales target, result, progress, forecast and report to department managers and management.
Manage MDCs to master data and customer allocation by departments. Prepare customer segment reports and analysis as required.
Prepare sales presentation or report to management and BOD as requested such as: data of sell-in, sell-out, ISS of each MDC
Expenses management
Manage and control all items of MDC budget
Vendor Management
Corporate with Sales side and Procurement to choose / manage Vendor by joining / following all processes such as: Bidding, Vendor evaluation, Making decision.
Check and follow sell out target for PGs / SO staffs.
Cross check all data which related to sell out result of PGs / SO staffs.
Check and approve payment for vendor.
Support Admin tasks.
Sell-out Payment Coordination
Other tasks as assigned.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related field.
Strong analytical and data management skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and data visualization tools.
Knowledge of vendor management and procurement processes.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Detail-oriented and able to work under tight deadlines.
