POSITION OVERVIEW:

We are looking for Data Migration Support Intern to support our data quality improvement project. In this role, you will work closely with our Business Analyst and IT team to review and clean up assigned Excel datasets. Your main tasks will include identifying and removing duplicate records, eliminating dummy or invalid data, and standardizing data formatting to ensure consistency and accuracy before system upload.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Review and clean up large Excel data set.
• Identify and correct inaccurate, incomplete, or duplicated records.
• Standardize data formatting to ensure consistency and accuracy.
• Support the team in preparing clean data sets for system upload.

• Detail-oriented and patient in handling large datasets.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is a strong advantage.
