ABOUT THIS JOB
As the Digital Performance Specialist, you’ll be at the heart of our digital commerce engine. This role focuses on optimizing end-to-end digital advertising campaigns and platform performance across TikTok Shop, Shopee, Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Threads), and more. You’ll own the campaign monitoring stack, ensuring every ad dollar is tracked, optimized, and scaled for better returns .
1. Paid Ads Strategy & Monitoring
Develop and execute performance-driven paid ad strategies across TikTok Shop Ads, Facebook/IG Ads, Shopee Ads, and emerging platforms.
Monitor campaign performance in real-time; make data-led decisions to optimize CPC, CTR, conversion rate, and ROAS.
Set up and manage UTM tracking, pixel integrations, and attribution models to ensure accurate reporting.
Collaborate with content and design teams to test creative variations and landing pages for better results.
2. Marketplace Performance Management
Oversee digital storefront performance across eCommerce platforms including Shopee, TikTok Shop, and Instagram Shopping.
Continuously improve product listings, banners, and content to align with platform trends and SEO best practices.
Monitor and report weekly on GMV, conversion funnels, repeat customer rate, and bounce/drop-off points.
3. Creator & Affiliate Campaign Monitoring
Partner with KOLs and affiliate creators to run targeted, performance-led seeding and paid push campaigns.
Track creator performance and affiliate ROI — optimize commissions, tiers, and incentives based on real-time data
Coordinate A/B testing of creator content and its ad amplification across channels.
4. Digital Reporting & Insights
Build and manage centralized dashboards (via Google Data Studio, TikTok Ads Manager, Meta Ads Manager, etc.)
Provide weekly and monthly performance summaries with actionable insights for internal stakeholders and brand partners.
Benchmark against industry KPIs and identify areas for growth, cost-efficiency, and new channel opportunities.
5. Team & Campaign Workflow Management
Lead a digital and performance-focused sub-team within the broader eCommerce team.
Standardize the campaign process from performance brief → ad setup → live tracking → post-campaign analysis.
Align with supply, logistics, and content teams to ensure timely launches and cross-channel consistency.
3+ years in digital performance marketing, ideally in e-commerce or creator-led brands (fashion/beauty preferred).
Strong grasp of Gen Z behavior and content trends on TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Threads.
Proven ability to optimize campaigns (ads, affiliate, KOL) based on performance data.
Comfortable working with creatives to shape content that drives sales.
Familiar with tools like TikTok Ads, Meta Ads, Shopee Ads, and performance dashboards.
