Strategic Planning & Growth
Develop and execute the annual E-commerce business plan to achieve ambitious sales targets and market share growth.
Identify new channel opportunities (Social Commerce, Quick-Commerce, D2C) and manage the onboarding process.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the fast-paced FMCG landscape.
Platform & Operations Management
Manage end-to-end operations on marketplaces and Enablers.
Monitor inventory levels closely to prevent Out-of-Stock (OOS) situations, coordinating with the Supply Chain team for demand forecasting.
Performance Marketing & Campaign Management
Plan and execute "Mega Campaign" , including flash sales, vouchers, and livestreaming.
Manage the E-commerce marketing budget (CPAS, Search Ads, Discovery Ads) to ensure a healthy ROAS (Return on Ad Spend).
Collaborate with the Brand team to ensure all digital activations align with the overall brand identity.
Data Analytics & Reporting
Track key performance indicators (KPIs) including GMV, Conversion Rate, AOV (Average Order Value), and Traffic.
Provide weekly and monthly insights into consumer behavior and campaign effectiveness to the leadership team.
- Experience from 3 years in the e-commerce management field.
- Well understand in the E-commerce market in Vietnam, Expert in both technical as well as business related to E-Commerce
- Knowledge of database creation and management
- Knowledge of search engine optimization tactics, data mining, and security issues
