Mô tả Công việc

JOB OBJECTIVE: The Senior Performance Executive is responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing performance-driven marketing initiatives across both digital and CRM channels. This role aims to maximize customer acquisition, retention, and lifetime value, while enhancing brand positioning and driving measurable results through strategic data analysis and performance optimization.
MAIN TASKS:
Lead and manage performance marketing campaigns across digital channels (e.g., Facebook, Google Ads, Affiliates network, etc.) to drive brand growth, customer acquisition, and revenue.
Execute CRM strategies, including customer segmentation, lifecycle management, and personalized communication to nurture customer loyalty and maximize retention.
Monitor, measure, and analyze performance data across multiple platforms, providing actionable insights to optimize marketing activities and improve ROI.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Brand team, Customer Service, and Creative to ensure cohesive messaging across all marketing touchpoints.
Develop actionable insights from customer data, performance analytics, and market research to identify opportunities for growth and continuous improvement.
Assist management with ad hoc projects and data-driven initiatives to further enhance business performance.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 3 years of proven experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, CRM, or related fields. Experience with CRM tools (i.e Mailchimp, Klaviyo, etc.) is a plus.
Proficiency with performance analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, or similar platforms. SQL knowledge is a strong advantage.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills in English and Vietnamese.
Good sense of design and style, with understanding of the fashion industry.
