Mô tả Công việc

Employer Branding:

  • Support the development and implementation of strategies to enhance employer brand.
  • Manage recruitment marketing campaigns and initiatives to attract top talent.
  • Collaborate with relevant departments/ agencies to create and maintain a compelling employee value proposition (EVP).
  • Build and nurture relationships with universities and relevant organizations to support recruitment efforts.

Internal Communication:

  • Develop and implement an internal communication strategy that keeps employees informed, engaged, and aligned with the company's goals and values.
  • Create and manage internal communication channels, including newsletters, intranet, and employee events.
  • Ensure consistent and transparent communication across the organization.
  • Measure the effectiveness of internal communication initiatives and make improvements as needed.

Content Creation:

  • Produce engaging and informative content for both internal and external audiences.
  • Develop employee stories, success stories, and company updates to build a strong brand image.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to produce multimedia content, including videos, graphics, and presentations.

Employee Engagement:

  • Support initiatives to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
  • Organize and promote employee recognition programs and events.
  • Conduct employee surveys to gather feedback and make data-driven improvements.
  • Collaborate with HR, Marketing, and other departments to ensure alignment with the company's goals.
  • Work closely with senior management to develop and execute internal communication strategies.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Must Have: excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Vietnamese
  • Proven experience in employer branding, internal communication, or a related role.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Creative thinking and the ability to develop compelling content.
  • Proficiency in using digital tools and platforms for communication and data analysis.
  • Bachelor's degree.
