Facility/ Admin manager

- General administration - Manage Admin team to ensure that the Admin department is responsive, up to date, cost-conscious and proactive in supporting the operations in an effective manner, including:

o Logistic functions - manage and arrange the flight ticket, transportation, accommodation, visa, etc. … for local staff & expatriates on business trips and customer visits.

o Purchasing control - Manage the purchase of stationery, beverages, IT equipment, mobile phones, etc.

o Monthly bills – invoices checking (visa, air ticket, stationery, equipment, mobile phone cost, and other relevant vendors)

o Manage contracts (purchasing, accommodation and Service provider contracts).

o Finger-print and door access system, Management and controls.

o Office and building Security and Maintenance

- Controlling the relevant welcome procedures for newcomers/customer visits. Ensuring all our Customers have a first-class experience from flights and accommodation to a great office experience.

- Office renovations and upgrades, and the proactive beautification of the office environment

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

-       Qualification / Education - Master/ University degree in Business Law, Administration, English or relevant field

-       Specific Knowledge and Skills - Strong personality with understanding of Administration practices and organizational functions, strong in planning and communication.

-       Confident in an environment with different nationalities.

-       Good organisation skills and a proactive approach. 

-       Good computer skills and fluent in both written and verbal English.

-       Experience - Minimum 7 years of experience in Administration and office management positions at foreign-owned companies.

-       Exposure to the hospitality industry would be an advantage
