Financial Management

• Manage the company's financial performance, including profit and loss (P&L) management, cash flow forecasting, and budget planning.
• Analyze financial reports and provide insights to the leadership team to support strategic decision-making.
• Oversee the company's financial planning process, ensuring alignment with business goals and market conditions.

Cash Flow & Inventory Control

• Ensure efficient cash flow management to meet operational and investment needs.
• Oversee inventory accounting processes to maintain optimal stock levels and minimize financial risks related to inventory.
• Implement and maintain effective controls to safeguard the company's assets and financial resources.

Due Diligence & Compliance

• Conduct and lead financial due diligence for potential business opportunities and partnerships.
• Ensure compliance with local tax regulations and reporting requirements, managing relationships with tax authorities.
• Prepare for and manage internal and external audits, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial reporting.

Team Leadership & Development

• Build, mentor, and effectively lead a high-performing finance team capable of supporting the company’s growth.
• Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and high performance within the finance team.
• Ensure team members are well-trained and updated on the latest financial and regulatory developments.

Process Improvement & Systems

• Identify opportunities to streamline financial processes and improve reporting accuracy.
• Work closely with other departments to ensure financial systems and processes effectively support the company’s operations.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (CPA/CFA is a plus).
• 5+ years of experience in finance, preferably in FMCG.
• Strong skills in P&L management, cash flow, inventory control, and tax compliance.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Ability to work under pressure and be flexible with working hours.
