FP&A Analyst

POSITION: FP&A ANALYST

- Work place: Xom Chieu Ward - HCMC

- Report to: Financial Planning & Analysis Manager

MAIN DUTIES:

1. Daily work, Month end closing and analysis:

· Capex/Low value asset: monitor budget spending (working in E-approval and Ariba), capture actual transactions in ECC; reconcile sub ledger and ledger; prepare tracking actual vs budget report; coordinate with all functions for monthly forecast capex as per Corp Finance’s request; reconcile ECC and BPC

· Intercompany cross charges: capture actual transactions in ECC; check/reconcile vs budget; prepare IC payment documents; support Accounting and Tax in term of Internal/External/Tax audit; prepare/reconcile BPC report.

· Support FP&A Manager in reviewing and initiating improvements to management reporting processes; increases productivity and efficiency by developing automated applications.

2. Budgeting:

· Supporting department heads with in-depth analysis.

· Support the FP&A Manager in the budget preparation works. Work out the business plan and forecasts of the company.

3. Other assignment from Line Manager

1. Education & Qualifications

• University degree in Audit, Accounting, or Finance.

2. Working Experience

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience.

3. Skills

• Proficient in English (both spoken and written).
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and achieve objectives with minimal supervision.
