· Oversee the Order Processing Team: Lead and manage the team responsible for processing customer orders, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and timely execution.
· Streamline Order Processing Procedures: Develop and implement effective order processing procedures to enhance productivity and reduce processing time.
· Quality Control: Conduct regular checks to ensure that all orders are processed accurately and in line with company standards and customer expectations.
· Reporting and Analysis: Generate and analyse reports on order processing metrics, identify trends, and make recommendations for improvements.
· Training and Development: Train and mentor new team members, ensuring they are well-versed in company policies and order processing systems.
· Process online orders accurately and promptly, ensuring all customer requirements are met.
· Monitor order processing systems to verify transactions and ensure smooth workflow.
· Handle order-related issues by investigating and resolving them through our ticketing system.
· Collaborate with logistics, warehouse, and inventory teams to ensure orders are fulfilled correctly and dispatched on time.
· Update order statuses and maintain accurate records in the company's database.
· Identify and escalate recurring issues or trends in order-related tickets to management for process improvement.
· Work closely with the IT department to troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues affecting order processing.
