Lead and oversee all HR & Administration functions, aligning people strategy with the company’s business goals and manufacturing operations.
Act as a strategic HR partner to management, supporting workforce planning, organizational development, and succession planning.
Manage end-to-end recruitment, ensuring timely hiring to support production and business growth.
Design and implement training and development programs to upskill employees, develop leadership capability, and build a sustainable talent pipeline.
Drive people development and performance management, fostering a high-performance and future-ready workforce.
Build, promote, and sustain a strong company culture, employee engagement, and internal communication.
Develop, optimize, and ensure compliance with HR policies, internal regulations, and labor laws in a manufacturing environment.
Drive HR digital transformation and AI adoption, including HR analytics, automation of recruitment, payroll, attendance, and reporting to improve efficiency and data-driven decision-making.
Manage payroll, compensation, benefits, and HR budget, working closely with Finance and Operations.
Lead, coach, and develop the HR/Admin team to ensure effective and smooth daily operations.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or related fields.
Minimum 7–10 years of experience in HR & Admin, with at least 3–5 years in a managerial or senior role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
Strong understanding of labor laws, HR compliance, payroll, and employee relations.
Proven experience in strategic workforce planning, recruitment, training & development, and organizational development.
Demonstrated ability to build and sustain company culture, employee engagement, and internal communication.
Experience in HR digital transformation; exposure to HRIS, data analytics, automation, or AI-driven HR tools is a strong advantage.
Strategic mindset with hands-on capability; able to balance long-term HR strategy with daily operational needs.
Strong leadership, coaching, and people management skills.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
Good command of English (written and spoken).
