JOB DESCRIPTION
Human resource
Manage records, documents, official dispatch of Hi Tech, labor contract, other contract
Build company regulation and manage time work of employee
Manage and provide assets, equipments
Experience and understand Labor Rule in Vietnam
Recruit and training new staff
Manage social insurance of employee
Establish criteria and evaluate employees’ conduct and discipline in accordance with the Company’s internal regulations
Handle dossiers according to Visa, Temporary Resident Card, Work Permit
Labor report to Company and other relevant reports as required.
Advise Manager and BOD for set up Labor regulation.
Finance
Prepare accounting vouchers: payment, received
Issue invoice for Client.
Prepare payroll monthly for employee.
Checking and Prepare report for payable debt in monthly
Other reports as Manager’s require
Job Requirements
Female candidate, graduated from University or higher.
At least 3 years of professional experience in Administration – Human Resources and Accounting.
Good foreign language proficiency for work purposes.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Experience and skills in working with, liaising, and dealing with local and central government authorities when required.
Professional demeanor; careful, highly responsible, and able to work independently as well as effectively in a team.
-Salary negotiable based on capability and experience.
-Social Insurance, Health Insurance, and Unemployment Insurance in accordance with the law (upon signing the official labor contract).
