Supervise and implement all recruitment activities.
Monitor recruitment progress to meet KPIs.
Analyze recruitment requirements of each department.
Develop recruitment activities including recruitment contents in each channel to attract talent.
Implement proactive sourcing techniques to build relationships with potential candidates.
Proactively build and maintain a talent database for current and future positions.
Propose ideas and implement Employee engagement activities

Age: From 27 years old
Education: Bachelor's degree or higher level in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Law, Accounting, or a related field.
Experience:
At least 2 years of experience in the similar position.
Experience in a manufacturing company is preferred
Soft skills:
Interview skills, communication skills, time management skills, analytical skills, etc.
Good English communication skills.
Working Location: Red Bull Vietnam, Ha Noi Highway, Dong Hoa Ward, Ho Chi Minh City (18km from Sai Gon bridge, 9km from Thu Duc intersection, 2km from Dong Nai bridge, 5km from National Highway 1K. The Office and Factory are located in a single location.)
