*Recruitment
- Work closely with hiring managers and partners to understand their hiring requirements and ensure a smooth hiring process.
- Recruiting vacant positions of the Factory
- Preparing documents, uniforms, equipment for new employees, orientation training, company tour.
- Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies and legal requirements.
*Training & Development
- Support, coordinate in developing training plan, preparing material and implementing internal & external training.
- Organizing company events and monthly engagement activities for employees to boost morale
* Employer branding & Employee Engagement
- Support the development of corporate culture through internal activities.
- Employer branding projects: initiatives, contents, fanpage management.
*Data Analysis and Reporting
- Perform other reports as required: training budgets monitoring and tracking, hiring report, …
- Manage engagement/ Training cost.. efficiently
- Weekly update hiring reports and ad-hoc tasks.
- Monthly / Weekly TA Report
- All reports related to data of Manufacturing.
- Reporting information security results to the factory director every 3 months
*Sercurity Operation
- Managing a security team to supervise assets and ensure 24/7 security at the factory.
- Establishing information security standards for the factory once a year.
- Monitoring daily information security activities
-Responding to South Korean inspectors about information security once a year (as requested by the corporation).
- Stablishing a factory standards system when there is a new customer (Setting up Sedex member).
- Preparing ISO, FSSC2000 documents as per customer requirements 4 times a month
- Updating FSSC2000 documents upon request.
- Monitoring and managing both the working environment and environmental compliance for Milling & Sugar.
*Canteen-related duties
- Managing daily healthcare for Sugar & Milling employees.
- Inspecting incoming food before the canteen processes it and ensuring food hygiene before employees have their daily meals.
- Controlling and guiding contractors in cleaning around the Sugar & Milling factory.
*Vendors management
- Managing loading and unloading contractors and processing payments for them for Sugar & Milling twice a month.
- Being present at the factory during incidents 24/24
- Other tasks as assigned by the manager…
- A Bachelor degree or equivalent
- Major in Human Resources/ Organizational Development/ Education/ Business or have a passion for it.
- At least 03 year of working experience with similar position
- Good at Microsoft Office skills
- Possess a pro-active, passion and integrity manner.
- Result-oriented and careful person.
