Job Description

To meet the demand for business expansion in the international markets, Karofi is seeking an HRBP position to support HR for people collaboration for those markets. This position will be based at Karofi's office in Hanoi.

Your key tasks are

• Act as a strategic partner to business leaders in overseas markets, ensuring HR initiatives support business goals.

• Develop and implement HR policies that comply with local labor laws and cultural norms.

• Provide guidance on talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and workforce planning.

• Support organizational change initiatives and drive employee engagement strategies.

• Collaborate with HR teams across different countries to ensure consistency in HR practices.

• Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to improve workforce efficiency and productivity.

• Manage compensation and benefits programs tailored to international markets.

• Ensure compliance with employment regulations and company policies in various countries.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Experience: Several years of HR experience, preferably in an international or multinational company.

• Certifications: HR certifications such as PHR, SPHR, GPHR, or equivalent may be preferred.

Skills:

• Strong understanding of global HR practices and labor laws.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work across different cultures and time zones.

• Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.

• Proficiency in HR software and data analytics
