The HRIS position is in charge of maintaining the system and databases, ensuring data quality, analyzing and reporting on the data in the HRIS.

KEY ACTIVITIES:

1. HRIS DAY-TO-DAY OPERATION

• Managing user accounts and resolving issues. Manage permissions, access, personalize system settings and activities.
• Consulting with HR team and stakeholders to determine HRIS needs.
• Prepare statistical summaries and special reports.

2. AUDIT DATA

• Performing audits on HR processes,documents and user access, when required.
• Documenting processes, identifying HR concerns, and compiling data analysis reports.
• Ensuring the efficient recording and secure storage of HR metrics, including employee data and attendance/leave information.

3. ENHANCE NEW SYSTEM FEATURES

• Handle requests for process improvements, system enhancements, and test new system features
• Support in integrating new software.

4. SYSTEM TRAINING AND INSTRUCTIONS

• Provide and refresh training and technical support for HRBP and end-users

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree in HR management, business administration, or similar.

Experience

• At least 1 year of working in HR, familiar with HR system.
• Ability to collaborate, provide technical support, and train staff.

Competencies

• Proficiency in Excel.
• Analytical-thinking.
• Communication Skills.

Language(s)

• Can communicate in English.
