Recruitment & Termination
Manage end-to-end recruitment: job posting, sourcing candidates, arranging interviews, conducting pre-interviews, and issuing rejection letters.
Coordinate onboarding: create user accounts, maintain employee records, send welcome emails, prepare equipment, and arrange fingerprint registration.
Support termination process: prepare resignation documents, termination letters, and ensure proper handover of company equipment.
Compensation & Benefits
Manage timekeeping and annual leave tracking.
Prepare and manage employee commitment documents (contracts, KPI agreements, etc.).
Administer employee insurance
PTI insurance registration and issuance.
Social insurance (sick leave, maternity leave, other entitlements).
Manage personal documentation, including dependent registration and updates.
Gather, structure, and report employee information for payroll preparation.
Employee Relations & Engagement
Handle employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
Support in organizing employee engagement activities and internal communication.
Maintain and update employee records (contracts, personnel files).
Training & Development
Coordinate training logistics (venue, materials, trainers).
Manage training process: announcement, tracking, and reporting.
Maintain training records and evaluation results.
Compliance & Audits
Ensure compliance with SOPs and HR procedures.
Support internal and external audits.
Assist in the implementation of new HR policies and initiatives.
HR Administration & IT Support
Draft HR letters, reports, and other required documentation.
Provide basic IT support: troubleshoot issues, coordinate with local IT, arrange equipment maintenance or replacement.
Support other HR projects as assigned by the HR Manager

University/College degree
Minimum 3 years of experience in Human Resources Management
Good knowledge of Labor Law and HR practices
Good command of English required (spoken and written)
Diligent, hard-working, and flexible in handling multiple tasks.
Quick and accurate in task execution, with high attention to detail
Available for immediate onboarding
