Mô tả Công việc

** Document Staff:

- Receive DI from overseas/related Section and send to customers.

- Send booking request to OPD, APD, make SO, SI for OPD, update info of flight, vessel schedule, notices to customer. Receive booking confirm from OPD, APD and send customer/ other section.

- Receive document and input data into VNACC system.

- Export IDA/EDA CDS and send to customers for checking. Prepare related Doc for im/ex procedure.

- Making & transfer data for C/O.

- Input & transfer data for import licenses: Quality check, chemical, used machinery test, quanranten...

- Transfer data for import/export shipment to Customs.

- Export official CDS's data and send to Customers.

- Send delivery schedule to customer/ other section. Request for getting DO.

- Make proposal of payment to accounting dept for getting DO for carriers/ agents, duty & tax,…

- Making daily report.

- Sending final CDS & document to related sections (port, airport, WH,...), Op for picking up/ delivery cargo.

- Receiving & sending irregulary report to other section/ customers. Storing document as ISO.

- Customs procedures advisory for customer/ other section.

Working place: Binh Duong: Song Than 2 IP, VSIP II IP

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

- Candidate must possess Bachelor/ College Degree of International Business/ Foreign Trade/ Supply Chain Management/ Logistics/ Transportation/ Import & Export or equivalent.
- 1-5 years experience in related field.

- Communication in English (written and oral)

- Ability to work under pressure, high responsibility.

- Computer Skill, Time Management Skills

- Working place:  HCMC (Binh Duong)

- Working time: From Monday to Friday: 08:00 am – 05:00 pm - Sat: 08:00 am – 14:00 pm (02 times/ month)
