Key Responsibilities:
1. Coordinate and Execute Import/Export operations:
- Coordinate with government agencies and customs authorities regarding import/export activities.
- Coordinate with other divisions for the preparation of Customs Clearance documents.
- Coordinate with logistics companies to plan and follow up on the delivery of goods.
- Collaborate with internal Logistics/ Warehouse to arrange and plan goods delivery.
- Work with Suppliers, Shipowners, Procurement, Project, and Production Department on import/export matters.
- Provide support for project exports and liquidations.
2. Documentation & Record Management:
- Control, verify, archive and manage all related documents.
- Maintain relevant information in the ERP system and IMEX system.
3. Payment & Quotation Management:
- Coordinate and follow up with accountants regarding logistics service payments.
- Evaluate quotations from shipping agents and local transportation companies.
4. Other Tasks:
- Perform other tasks related to import/export operations as assigned.
Qualifications:
· Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics & Transportation, Business Administration, Economics or related fields.
· Experience:
o Minimum of 2 years of experience in a logistics role.
o Experience in shipbuilding or industrial sectors.
o Good knowledge and experience in customs procedures.
o ERP system knowledge is an advantage.
· Skills & Competencies:
o Ability to work independently, especially under high pressure.
o Strong English and Vietnamese communication skills, both written and spoken.
o Proficiency in the full suite of MS Office applications.
o Strong interpersonal, communication, and time management skills.
