Import Export Specialist

• Be primarily responsible for import-export operations and related areas.
• Support and provide relevant information.
• Review and initiate payment requests for import and export-related expenses.
• Track costs to consolidate import and export cost data.
• Review and enter export and import costs into the ERP system, then initiate payment requests for export and import-related expenses.
• Other tasks assigned by the line manager.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Import-Export, Economics, Finance, or related fields.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Import-Export, preferably in the FMCG industry.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• In-depth understanding of import and export supply chain value drivers within large-scale companies.
• Proficient in customs declaration for import-export shipments, skilled in using the VNACCS system and handling import procedures in compliance with regulations.
• Well-versed in C/O application procedures and capable of promptly resolving on-site issues such as customs fees, cargo shortages, and data discrepancies.
