• The IQC Technician is responsible to check incoming material following to procedure, drawing and/or visual inspection criteria

TRÁCH NHIỆM VÀ QUYỀN HẠN

• Perform inspection of incoming material following to procedure, drawing and visual inspection criteria.
• Perform transaction of material in the ERP system.
• Quarantine and labelling non-conformance material for further disposition.
• Report to superior if any abnormalities found.
• Record all of findings during the audit, inspection, and report to the superior.
• Quarantine and labelling the non-conformance products for further disposition.
• Perform troubleshooting for product quality issue

YÊU CẦU

Học vấn

• Intermediate degree or high school with at least 1 year experience in QC.

Kinh nghiệm

• At least one year working in manufacturing of above areas at QA/QC

Kiến thức

• Using ERP system to do transaction of material lot.
• Able to read technical drawing.
• Knowing/using measurement equipment such as caliper, feeler gauge, micrometer, block gauge, height.... gauge, microscope (preferable optical machine, CMM,) 
• Strong quality mindset, discipline and follow requirement strictly
