The IQC Technician is responsible to check incoming material following to procedure, drawing and/or visual inspection criteria

Perform inspection of incoming material following to procedure, drawing and visual inspection criteria.
Perform transaction of material in the ERP system.
Quarantine and labelling non-conformance material for further disposition.
Report to superior if any abnormalities found.
Record all of findings during the audit, inspection, and report to the superior.
Quarantine and labelling the non-conformance products for further disposition.
Perform troubleshooting for product quality issue
Học vấn:
Intermediate degree or high school with at least 1 year experience in QC.
Kinh nghiệm:
At least one year working in manufacturing of above areas at QA/QC
Kiến thức:
Using ERP system to do transaction of material lot.
Able to read technical drawing.
Knowing/using measurement equipment such as caliper, feeler gauge, micrometer, block gauge, height.... gauge, microscope (preferable optical machine, CMM,)
Strong quality mindset, discipline and follow requirement strictly
