The B2B Sales will focus on generating new business opportunities by reaching out to potential clients through cold calling, and cold emails
- Identify potential business prospects and generate leads.
- Conduct high-volume cold calling and cold emails to potential clients to introduce ISB's software development solutions.
- Set appointments for senior sales representatives to close deals.
- Following the sales process from start to end.
- Understand client needs and tailor software solutions to meet those needs.
- Update and manage CRM to track calls, leads, and sales conversions.
- Handle objections and provide solutions to overcome barriers.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.

- At least 1 years of previous experience in B2B Sales ( Software , IT service, IT product )
- Strong connection with Euro market / clients
- Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Linkedin Sales Navigator and relevant software/tools
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales automation tools.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
