Key Responsibilities
Market and Customer Research
- Research and analyze customers across different geographies to identify business opportunities.
- Assess market size, competitive landscape, product trends, and prevalent offerings.
- Study value chain pricing to ensure product competitiveness and accurate value proposition.
- Provide actionable insights to management to guide product positioning and market strategy.
Customer Management
- Handle customer inquiries end-to-end, from initial discussion to final delivery.
- Develop tailored product offerings based on customer needs and application requirements.
- Manage pricing proposals, negotiate terms, and coordinate commercial documentation.
- Oversee artwork management, packaging coordination, and compliance documentation as part of order execution.
- Build long-term customer relationships by ensuring high service standards and responsiveness.
Supplier Engagement
- Maintain strong relationships with existing suppliers to ensure consistent quality and supply reliability.
- Identify and onboard new suppliers based on emerging customer or market requirements.
- Collaborate with quality, R&D, and procurement teams to evaluate and qualify new sources.
