The L&D Executive is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing training and development programs for employees, with a focus on operating and optimizing the company's e-learning platform. This role is expected to deliver direct training activities, managing the e-learning system, building a learning culture, and contributing to evaluating the effectiveness of training programs to ensure the quality and efficiency of employee learning.
Key Responsibilities:
Organizing both in-person and online training sessions, from preparing materials to coordinating with trainers and employees.
Ensure teaching tools, such as presentation equipment, audio systems, and learning materials, are ready and functioning properly during training sessions.
Monitor employees' learning progress and compile data on learning outcomes
Participate in creating, developing, and improving training materials, including videos, instructional guides, and assessments.
Producing training content tailored to the company’s learning needs and objectives.
Oversee the uploading of materials and courses, and track employee learning progress.
Develop and update online course content according to company requirements.
Support collecting feedback from learners and evaluating the effectiveness of training programs to make improvement recommendations.
Ensure employees fully participate in mandatory training sessions and complete required assessments.
Contribute to activities that enhance a culture of learning and teamwork within the organization.
Be the trainer/coach in internal training programs (such as sales training, soft skills training)

Requirements:
Diploma/University degree in related field
3-4 years experience in L&D or internal trainer of retail industry
Creating and editing videos, learning material and managing E-learning system skill
