1. Organizational Development

• Assist in implementing succession planning and talent development programs under supervision.
• Assist in succession planning and talent development programs under supervision.

2. Capability Development

• Participate in designing, updating, and implementing capability development programs as directed.
• Coordinate in collecting and consolidating training needs from departments and support the competency framework and career path development.

3. Training and coaching

• Carry out training preparation tasks: planning, announcements, material preparation, and class logistics.
• Track, consolidate, and report post-training evaluation results.
• Update and manage training data, learning paths, and training results on the system.
• Assist in tracking training costs and preparing regular training budget reports.

4. Manage training vendors & instructors

• Assist in evaluating and selecting external trainers to ensure the quality of training programs.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Human Resources, or other related fields.
• Proficiency in both English and Vietnamese.
• Minimum 02 years of experience in L&OD
• Strong change management abilities, multitasking skills, and resilience under pressure.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Training, coaching, process development skills.
• Understanding of the FMCG market, sales system organization, and Distributor Management System (DMS).
