This role is critical in driving capability-building initiatives, managing our Learning Management System (LMS), and strengthening employee engagement through strategic internal communications.
Responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to the following:
Learning & Development:
Lead the design, delivery, and evaluation of learning programs across all employee levels, including managers and supervisors.
Facilitate training sessions, workshops, and leadership programs, ensuring impactful and engaging delivery.
Manage the full training cycle: needs analysis, program design, budgeting, delivery, and post-training evaluation.
Oversee the Learning Management System (LMS), including administration, course uploads, learner support, and reporting.
