Providing legal and integrity advice and counsel to CEO/departments and overseeing all promotion campaigns;
Direct, and monitor the team in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating various types of promotion dossier ensuring consistency in legal services;
Directly work with the state authorities, arbitration agencies, courts to protect the legitimate rights and interests of the Company regarding e-commerce and promotion campaigns;
Organize, review the company's internal management documents to ensure compliance with authority, documentary format, issuance procedures;
Manage, liaise with, and oversee the use of external service providers, including external counsel, and be accountable for managing performance against agreed financial targets;
Other ad hoc duties as assigned by Legal & Compliance Manager.

A Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Law (Law of Business/Economic/Commercial)
Qualified to practice law in Vietnam is preferable
More than 3 years of experience in Law firm, E-commercial, …,
Good experience the law & procedures regarding e-commerce, trade promotion.
Strong experience in both in-house, Law firm and compliance.
Good English (Good verbal and written communication skill; in writing, directly & on telephone, mailing) leadership and inter-personal skills.
Ability to multitasks and prioritize daily workload, time management.
Ability to rapidly digest and distill complex issues and formulate strategy/responses.
Have an ability to grasp legal and business issues, balance risks and provide practical and constructive advice in a business environment.
Advice must be practical while ensuring the company’s interests are protected and compliance with law observed.
