Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for Legal Manager (Real Estate, 2300 USD, ID18093):

Liaise with relevant government authorities for administrative procedures related to business operations, including business registration, establishing company/representative office/branch, and making changes to business registration.
Provide legal advice on operations such as sales & marketing, intellectual property, labor & employment, and other related matters.
Coordinate with government authorities and external consultants for investment certificate amendments and prior investment approvals.
Provide legal support for M&A transactions: draft, review, and finalize related contracts; give legal recommendations on project procedures, land, compensation, industrial estate, real estate, and project management.
Draft, review, and revise various commercial contracts (lease, sales, service, construction, consultancy, etc.) in both Vietnamese and English.
Support special legal assignments as directed by management.
Handle dispute resolution: develop litigation strategies, prepare evidence, draft legal documents, and coordinate with external lawyers.

Male/Female, under 45 years old
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law (preferably with excellent academic records).
Minimum 8 years of experience in a similar legal position, preferably in real estate or industrial park projects.
Fluent in English (both spoken and written)
Strong knowledge of Vietnamese laws: Land Law, Real Estate Law, Enterprise Law, Investment Law, Environmental Law, Industrial Estate Regulations, etc.
Proven track record in contract drafting, reviewing, litigation, and governmental registration processes.
Strong commercial sense and project management knowledge.
