I. JOB PURPOSE
To assist the Sales Director in administrative and coordination tasks, and to support the Legal Department in reviewing contracts and approval documents to ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
Reports to: Sales Director & Deputy Legal Manager
II. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Assistant to Sales Director (60%)
	- 
	Support the Sales Director in managing and organizing schedules, meetings, and business trips. 
- 
	Prepare and compile reports, meeting materials, and minutes. 
- 
	Follow up and monitor assigned tasks, projects, and directives from the Sales Director to relevant departments. 
- 
	Draft, translate, and file correspondence, reports, and proposals. 
- 
	Serve as a liaison between the Sales Director, internal departments, and external partners. 
- 
	Handle other administrative and coordination tasks as assigned. 
2. Legal Responsibilities (40%)
	- 
	Review and verify contracts, appendices, minutes, and approval documents to ensure legal accuracy and compliance. 
- 
	Coordinate with the Deputy Legal Manager to provide basic legal guidance to other departments in contract and transaction processes. 
- 
	Track the status of contract approvals and maintain legal document records. 
- 
	Update and summarize legal regulations relevant to the company’s business activities. 
- 
	Perform other legal-related duties as assigned.
