License Compliance Specialist

· Coordinate and arrange meetings with internal teams, local partners, and foreign clients related to license compliance activities.

· Support and execute software license compliance programs

· Conduct research, gather information, and prepare reports on suspected non-compliance cases.

· Draft, review, and manage legal and contractual documents related to compliance projects.

· Follow up on ongoing compliance cases to ensure timely resolution and proper documentation.

· Maintain accurate records of communications, agreements, and audit outcomes.

· Other duties may be assigned based on project or client requirements.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

·      Fluent in English (both written and spoken).

·      At least 3 years of relevant experience in compliance, legal, or investigation-related fields.

·      Strong understanding of intellectual property, licensing, or software compliance principles.

·      Excellent analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

·      High attention to detail and accuracy in handling legal or confidential information.

·      Capable of working independently and prioritizing multiple ongoing tasks.

·      Effective communication skills via email, phone, and meetings.

·      Bachelor’s degree or higher (Law, Business, or related major preferred).
